1. Broadcasting, Copyright & Intellectual Property

Saharsa Now FM is an authorized internet radio station and media portal.

  • All shows, news broadcasts, audio streams, logos, and visual content are the exclusive intellectual property of Saharsa Now FM and its parent company (Mytesta Technology).

  • Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, extracting, or illegally distributing our live audio/video stream, app source code, or trademarks without our prior written permission.

2. Acceptable Use & Farmaish (Song Requests)

Our platform provides a "Farmaish" feature allowing listeners to request songs or send greetings to the studio. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

  • You will not submit requests containing abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing language.

  • You will not spam the request queue or send promotional links.

  • We reserve the right to review, accept, or reject any song request or shoutout at the sole discretion of our studio RJs and admins.

  • Repeated submission of inappropriate content may result in your device being blocked from using the request feature.

3. Third-Party Services & YouTube API

Our App integrates third-party services to enhance your media experience.

  • YouTube Video Player: The "Watch" section utilizes the YouTube IFrame API. By using this feature, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google Privacy Policy.

  • External Links: We are not responsible for the content, ads, or privacy practices of external links or third-party platforms accessed through our App (such as social media links or local business directories).

4. App Availability, Network Charges, & Liability

  • Internet Connection: Saharsa Now FM requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or Cellular Data) to stream live audio and video. You are solely responsible for any data charges or fees incurred from your mobile network provider while using the App.

  • Service Interruptions: While we strive to keep the broadcast online 24/7, the App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or network failures.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our app or legal requirements. We advise you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
